I'm calling this tenor the “Oops I Did it Again” because I had a mishap with the neck and had to make the entire neck all over again. It turns out the new neck has the best neck to body fit I’ve ever done, so I guess things happen for a reason.

The tone is warm and sweet, as you would expect in a Koa tenor.

The back matches the front with a nice understated curl.

The binding is East Indian rosewood.

I have recently found out that there is a North Indian rosewood too, but it is not as hard or dark as the Eastern variety.

The accents are a brown mallee Burl that is really interesting.

I used Black Gotoh tuners this time.

I also installed a MiSi under saddle pick-up on this one.

The neck is Honduran Mahogany with a carbon fiber truss rod.

The fingerboard and bridge are East Indian rosewood. Nut and saddle are natural water buffalo bone.

As always, there is a side soundport. The sides match the top and back very nicely.

I really like the curl and color on these sides.

The rosette and purfling are Paua Abalone with thin black and white striping around the borders. I went with a little thicker rosette this time for a little more bling.
